The Real Brokerage continues to out-recruit the field, adding a net 156 agents over the past 30 days, with the strongest pull in South Florida.

The economics — attractive splits and equity — get teams in the room. Increasingly, leaders say, it's the AI-forward tooling that gets them to sign. "It feels like the platform is doing work for me, not the other way around," one team lead who recently moved told Inman.

For incumbents, the lesson is uncomfortable: tooling is now a recruiting weapon, not a back-office line item.
